• We do request that you save any evidence of lice or nit as there must be evidence of an active lice infestation in order for the guarantee to apply.

• All household members must be checked and treated if necessary the first visit for this offer to be valid.

• All family members have to follow the guidelines recommended for cleaning your home environment.

• The customer will be required to pay for Follow-Up visit.
